"I encourage students to discover their unique artistic voices, strengthen their technique, and develop a lifelong love for music."

Dr. Yilia holds professional degrees in music at the bachelor's, master's, and doctoral level — trained across three world-class conservatories on two continents. With over 10 years of teaching experience, she has guided students of all ages through everything from their very first lesson to competitive auditions, scholarship applications, and college admissions — with outstanding results.

At the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), Dr. Yilia served as faculty in the Department of Music, teaching applied voice lessons to undergraduate students pursuing degrees in Vocal Performance.

Her operatic roles include Dorabella (Così fan tutte), Flora (La Traviata), and Sotopenre in Philip Glass's Akhenaten, performed in New York and Las Vegas. She has appeared as featured soloist with the Shanghai Symphony Orchestra and was invited to the Thomas Hampson Masterclass (2021). Thank you so much for your feedback — it means so much to me! I love singing. I'll make sure to keep working hard! I actually didn't think I could even manage a song like Think of Me until you had me do it, so thanks for believing in me.
